Revision and difficult
arthroplasty of the knee joint

A post-traumatic right-sided gonarthrosis of the IV (th) grade. with varus deformity of the knee joint.
A surgical intervention: TEP ( a total arthroplasty) of the right knee joint, augment of the medial condyle in the tibia or of the tibia .

Chronic postoperative osteomyelitis of the left proximal section in / tibia, remission. 
Incorrectly consolidated fracture of the medial condyle of the left tibia or in tibia , damage of the ligamentous apparatus, polyaxial instability of the left knee joint.
